Science of buying Employee’s loyalty
Sometimes people ask me this question. Sunny bhai, how can you have top talented cream of Pakistan working for you? You are teaching people about True unlocking with Time, Money and Location independence. Means, you get wings to fly once you achieve true unlocking. So your own employees don’t learn these things and they don’t become your competitor? Or they don’t run away after building their own businesses?

Now I would like to add more clarification on EC culture I want to build in Pakistan so bosses can learn how to build top quality talented super commando loyal workforce for their business.
If you are a Ghareeb-o-Maskeen boss. You cannot afford luxury salary for empoyees. That’s ok. After all it is business making money or not making money before you can even pay your employees. So it’s fine. But one thing you must understand. Always ask your potential employee, what he want to achieve. Now you decide if you can afford it? Can you fulfil his future dream? Yes or No? If you cannot then don’t hire him. If you can, then hire him.
Even if you Pay Rs 50k per month since that’s the max you can afford, it’s fine. But you must believe in your own ability to grow them to the level they dream.
Build 3 income streams for your employees.
- Let them sell few of their hours to make more money
- Partnership in a business with them
Once you do this, you are giving them privilige to earn more, make more. By doing partnership business with them, you enable them to fly. You are giving them wings. They will fly and they will take you when they fly. You are not locked or threatened anymore since you are flying together with them.
So please learn the art of truly unlocking yourself and truly unlocking all your employees. Fly and let them fly. Eat and let them eat. Earn and let them earn. This is called Abundance mindset.
